The first of what is planned to be an ongoing series, the altar stands as a visceral testament to the intersection of auditory ecstasy and spiritual transcendence within the altered states of rave culture. The altar has a halo of haze that ascends above the sculpture and a liquescent appearance that is akin to sweating. Upon the altar are emblematic artifacts: rave offerings. These totems of devotion include various drug vials, sunglasses, water bottle and ear plugs.
